This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) sets out the terms under which HAVROK Consulting LLP (“HAVROK,” “we,” “us”) handles refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, and service credits for its services. This Policy should be read in conjunction with HAVROK’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any applicable Master Services Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), proposal, or engagement letter.
In the event of any conflict, the applicable MSA/SOW or written agreement shall prevail.
1. General Principle
HAVROK provides professional consulting, advisory, training, and knowledge-based services that require advance planning, resource allocation, and commitment of expertise. Accordingly:
- Refunds are limited and conditional
- No refunds are provided except as expressly stated in this Policy or where required under applicable law
2. Consulting & Professional Services
2.1 Once Services Have Commenced
Fees paid for consulting, advisory, assessment, research, strategy, or professional services are non-refundable once service delivery has commenced.
For the purposes of this Policy, “commencement” includes (but is not limited to):
- Kick-off meetings
- Stakeholder interviews or workshops
- Research or analysis initiation
- Preparation of deliverables
- Allocation or blocking of consulting resources
2.2 Early Termination
If an engagement is terminated early by the Client in accordance with the applicable MSA/SOW:
- Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable; and
- Any prepaid but unused fees may be refunded or credited only if expressly provided in the applicable SOW and at HAVROK’s discretion
3. Digital Content, Training Programs & Workshops
3.1 Eligibility and Timing of Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
Where a refund request is approved:
- The refund will be provided in the form of rescheduling or service credit; and
- Cash refunds, if any, are issued solely at HAVROK’s discretion
3.2 Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds, rescheduling, or service credits will be issued if:
- The request is received less than 24 hours before start time
- More than 15% of content has been accessed or materials downloaded
- The program has already commenced or been completed
- Access was revoked due to violation of Terms of Use, misconduct, or misuse
4. Subscription Plans (If Applicable)
- Subscription fees are non-refundable for partially used billing periods
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle the subscriber to a refund for the current cycle, except where required by law
5. Cancellations by HAVROK
If HAVROK cancels or reschedules a service due to operational, legal, or unforeseen reasons, clients may be offered, at HAVROK’s discretion:
- Rescheduling to an alternate date
- A service credit
- A refund for the affected portion
This does not apply where delays arise due to Client dependencies or force majeure events.
6. Refund Method
Approved refunds or credits will be processed via:
- Original payment method
- Service credit
- Rescheduling
Transaction fees, taxes, or third-party charges are non-refundable, unless required by law.
7. Abuse, Misuse, and Policy Enforcement
HAVROK reserves the right to deny refunds where it reasonably believes that:
- Requests are repetitive, abusive, or fraudulent
- Services have been substantially consumed
- Access was terminated due to breach of contract or unlawful conduct
8. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory rights available under applicable Indian law or other applicable jurisdictions.
9. Changes to This Policy
HAVROK may update this Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
